Are you getting “cabin fever”?

Some states are relaxing their stay-at-home orders…here in New York we’re “on pause” until May 15th and that’s causing some anxiety for some people.

A new study finds 72% of Americans have about one more month of quarantining before they hit a “breaking point” and if it went for another six months it’d be more than they could handle.

25% of us are already there including 20% of men and 29% of women…so are 35% of 18-25 year olds.

Staying in contact with loved ones virtually and exercise (both at home and socially distanced outdoors) can help you keep your sanity…what’s left of it!
