Are you napping at work?

While most of us have been working from home we’ve also been doing lots of other things while “working”.

A new Zippia survey found that one in three people have napped while on the clock!

North Dakotans do it the most…we’re 23rd on the list of 50 states.

But wait…there’s more!

Over 60% are checking social media or texting more while working…we’ve also taken more breaks, played video games, took care of our kids, did outdoor activities and event applying for other jobs on our company’s dime.

Be careful, though…another third of workers believe their company is tracking what they’re doing while working from home.
