“Blue Monday”

Feeling a little blah this week?

You’re not alone.

Yesterday was “Blue Monday” according to The Sun, the most miserable day of the year.

Why are we down in the dumps this week?

Blame it on the holidays…and the weather:

  • Feeling broke after overspending around the holidays
  • The weather
  • The nights are too long
  • A lack of sunshine
  • The magic of Christmas is over
  • We’re already sick of work again after the holidays
  • Feeling guilty for eating or drinking too much during the holidays
  • The pressure of New Year’s resolutions (or that you’ve broken yours)
  • It’s harder to have a social life in winter

Best solution? Get some “Vitamin D” therapy…take a walk on a bright, sunny day!
