What’s that, you say?
According to the NY Post it’s when the weather is really nice outside…but you’d rather stay inside…and you feel guilty about it.
Early spring is prime “sunshine guilt” season!
It’s loosely related to other trendy terms like FOMO, bed rotting, and “hurkle-durkling” (Scottish for staying in bed when it’s time to get up).
Your “guilt” might cut even deeper if you check social media and see your friends out enjoying the nice weather.
One woman on TikTok said she was having a perfectly okay day indoors until her “sunshine guilt” ruined everything!
