Eggs for breakfast are a great way to start your day…they’re loaded with protein!

But did you know they’re great for your eyesight, too?

Parade reports that egg eaters 50 years or older can significantly reduce their chances of developing age-related macular degeneration.

So if you’re not a regular egg eater you may want to add some into your diet!
