The movement to officially make Halloween to the last day of October seems to be a non-starter, according to USA Today.

What does that mean to you? Free chocolate! 🍫

Snickers promised to give away one million free fun size bars if the government decide to officially move Halloween…and since that didn’t happen, they’re giving away bag of fun size Snickers while supplies last!
