Posted on by Dave Ashton
What are your “house rules” for your kids?
A new SWNS study asked that of parents…and here’s the most common ones:
- Always say “please” and “thank you”
- Always be kind
- Finish your homework before you can play
- Always put things back where you found them
- Clean the table after dinner
- Have dinner together as a family
- No phones at the table
- Help carry the groceries in
- No yelling in the house
- Don’t go to bed angry
The one that our kids break the most? Putting things back in their proper place!
