More people will be celebrating Halloween this year than last year…but is it safe?

The CDC just released its guidelines and said kids should be able to trick or treat this year as in years past.

They do recommend outdoor trick-or-treating, limiting crowds and avoiding crowded Halloween parties…all good tips!
