How we stay hydrated

Man, it’s a hot one today! 😓

Like seven inches from the midday sun! ☀😎

So it’s a perfect day to remind you to stay hydrated!

It’s National Hydration Day (no, really!), a day set aside to remind us all to drink more water.

How do you take your water at home…bottled, filtered or straight from the tap?

The winner is…filtered, according to YouGov.

37% of us drink filtered water from a Brita or other device, 31% prefer it bottled and 29% trust the tap.

Women prefer bottled water and men are more likely to “tap” it…HBU?
