Feeling a little heavier these days?

Blame it on your job!

A new Jenny Craig survey of office workers found the average person has gained 12 pounds since they started their job and almost ALL of us say our job(s) get some or all of the blame.

Why?

Snacks at the desk, sitting all day long, going out for lunch,  being too tired to exercise and office birthday cake.

Harmful algal blooms confirmed on Cayuga Lake

According to the Cayuga County Health Department, two harmful algal blooms (HABs) were confirmed on the northeastern section of Cayuga Lake this week.
