Life’s “little pleasures”

It’s the simple things in life, right?

A new survey asked people to name the “little things” they look forward to each day.

They include:

  • Watching TV at night (or a new episode of their favorite show)
  • Going to sleep
  • Eating a meal
  • Getting into bed with fresh sheets
  • Sitting down and having some peace and quiet
  • Putting your feet up after a long day
  • Going for a walk
  • Coffee
  • Listening to the radio
  • Lounging outside
  • Taking a shower

We have to wait a while to enjoy most of them, though…the average person doesn’t truly “switch off and relax” until around 8pm!

But when we do…bliss! 🤗
