Need a job? Look NOW!

Looking for a job?

NOW’s the time to do it!

Huff Post and USA Today say September might be the best month to find a new job.

The hashtag #SeptemberSurge has gone viral on TikTok this month with videos explaining the idea of a hiring increase that regularly occurs this time of year.

According to several recruiters, hiring slows down over the summer due to everyone taking vacation time but companies get back into hiring mode after Labor Day.

The vacation thing happens again in November and December for the holidays, which makes September and October an ideal time to hire someone.

Companies are also starting to budget right now for 2024 and they’re looking at their goals for this year and next which may include needing to hire new people.

So dust off that resume and head to OvenFreshJobs.com stat!
