If healthy eating is on your 2018 “to-do” list, the BBC enlisted a group of scientists to rank the 100 healthiest foods in the world, based on all of the nutrients they contain.

Number one? Almonds!

There’s lots of fish in the top 10…plus chia seeds and pork fat?!
