The “perfect” breakfast

What’s the perfect breakfast to start your day?

Push away those carbs like bagels, pancakes and cereal and pick up a spoon!

According to Harvard Health, plain yogurt topped with berries and sprinkled with your choice of granola, nuts and/or seeds will give you just what you need.

Sounds like a pre-breakfast to us…but we’re game!
