The holidays are hugging season…but how long should your hugs be?

Too short and it doesn’t feel like a hug…too long and it seems too personal!

So what’s the ideal length for a hug?

The NY Post says it’s between five and ten seconds!

Any longer than that and it can become awkward…of course, your results may vary!
