We all know that snack food isn’t great for you…but some snacks are worse than others!

The blog EatThis.com has their annual list of the “40 Unhealthiest Snacks on the Planet” and the winner (loser?) is…Little Debbie’s Zebra Cakes!

Each cake has 320 calories, 34 grams of added sugar (over your recommended daily intake). 14 grams of fat including eight grams of saturated fat, 150 milligrams of sodium, 47 grams of carbs and two grams of protein (see, it’s not THAT bad for you!).
