Feeling out of it lately?

You may be burnt out.

Study Finds reports the average American experiences “peak burnout” at 42…but younger adults are already feeling it.

One in four adults say they started experiencing burnout before age 30…some around 25 (!) usually before the classic stressors like career, family and eldercare.

What’s driving the early burnout?

Financial concerns was 1 stress, followed by politics, work-related pressures, physical health concerns and relationships…for younger adults, mental health was high on the list.
