It’s a question cat owners struggle with every day:

“To bell or not to bell?”

For some of us, a cat wearing a collar with a bell on it (many come with one) helps us keep track of our furry friends.

OneHowTo says we should rethink that…it may be stressing them out or even causing long-term health problems.

You should have a collar on all of your pets with ID on it in case they get lost (better yet, microchip them, too!) but without the jingle-jangle!
