Working on the “new you”

One thing the pandemic has given us all over the past year (!)…is a lot of time to think about things.

Study Finds reports that almost 70% of us have done a ton of self-reflection over this past year and are planning on emerging as a “new person” post-COVID.

How will we do that?

  • Seeing or speaking to our family more
  • Speaking our mind more truthfully
  • Taking more vacation time
  • Being more confident
  • Being more creative
  • Taking better care of our mental health
  • Not canceling so many plans

We wish we had plans to cancel these days…how quickly things can change!

Are you working on a “new you”?
