Did you know you can eat all the pizza you want and still lose weight?

A personal trainer named Ryan Mercer just finished a 30-day “Pizza Diet” where he ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner EVERY DAY for a month and lost seven and half pounds!

Every meal he ate in January was pizza…10 slices a day, so 300 slices total!

One of the reasons he was still able to lose weight was he made every pizza himself at home…he also made sure to eat only around 2,000 calories a day (and of course, he was in great shape before the diet).

But he did it to prove you don’t have to sacrifice your favorite foods to lose weight.

He’s already started his next diet…the “Burger Diet“…yup…burgers for every meal!
