Huge Cornell men’s ice hockey weekend ahead for Big Red

Ithaca, NY (WHCU) – This coming weekend the Cornell men’s ice hockey team honors the 1970 undefeated national champions.

Big Red faces Dartmouth Friday night and Harvard Saturday night at Lynah Rink.

Coach Mike Shafer says the legendary facility is sure to be packed.

Friday night Cornell players wear a special jersey to honor the 1970 team. You can purchase these game worn jerseys later this winter.

Saturday the team introduces the 1970 team members between periods of the Harvard game.
