Horseheads, NY (WHCU) – A Horseheads man’s been arrested on rape and assault charges following a joint investigation between Horseheads PD and State Police.
The counts against 51-year old Michael Burtner are both in the first degree. WENY reports he’s arraigned in Village of Horseheads Court and sent to the Chemung County Jail on $200,000 bail.
Additional charges are pending, though officials say no further info’s released on the matter at this time.
