ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cornell plans to spend millions of dollars to renovate McGraw Hall.

The Ithaca Voice reports university officials submitted plans to the city for a 110-million-dollar rehabilitation of the building, which is more than 150 years old. The project, which would address structural issues both on the inside and outside of the building, would take almost three years to complete.

If the plans are approved, Cornell aims to begin the work in January.
