State Police at Ithaca recently detained 23-year old Denzel Daniels of Ithaca on multiple charges including misdemeanor criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief.
Troopers were dispatched to West Hill Circle Apartments for a domestic dispute. It was determined Daniels was involved in the verbal altercation that became physical. The victim said Daniels forcibly entered the residence and took away the phone the victim was using to call 911 before the fight broke out. Daniels sustained several facial scratches during the altercation. He’s released on his own recognizance with a court date May 8th.
