Dryden firefighters advise to shovel out hydrants

DRYDEN, N.Y. (WHCU) — Authorities in Dryden are seeking help clearing fire hydrants.

Firefighters say snowplows may have buried hydrants – they’re encouraging people to shovel them out. Snow and ice should be removed within a three-foot radius. A path to the street should also be cleared.
