Dwyer Park pier nears completion

CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — The pier at Dwyer Park is almost complete.

Officials say the project at Little York Lake is about 90 percent done. Cortland County Legislator Linda Jones says excitement for the pier is “astronomical.”

Officials expect the total cost to be around $40,000.
