Former Ithaca postal employee admits to stealing money orders

ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — A former Ithaca postal worker faces a year in prison.

40-year-old Stephen Perrine admitted today to stealing money orders. He reportedly took about $2,500 in total.

Perrine recently resigned from the U.S. Postal Service. He’ll be sentenced in December.

In other crime news, a Cortland man is facing charges involving an Airsoft gun.
