Homer offers “Meditations in May” for Mental Health Month

HOMER, N.Y. (WHCU) – You can learn how to meditate in Homer.

Village leaders are coming together to acknowledge Mental Health Month with Meditations in May, which offers free classes each Thursday in May. It’s a joint effort by the Center for the Arts, Phillips Free Library, and the Homer Recreation Department. You can register here.

Classes will be held at the Center for the Arts at 6:30 p.m. every Thursday starting May 2.
