40-year old Danny Marks of Cortland was recently detained by the Cortland Police Department after officers learned Marks had a warrant for his arrest.
Marks was arrested on a sealed indictment handed up by the Cortland County Supreme Court for a charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance. That follows a narcotics investigation by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies. Marks is arraigned and released to Alternatives to Incarceration. He’s due back to court April 9th.
