ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Ithaca has new affordable housing.

Governor Hochul announced Thursday the completion of Marketview Apartments in Cayuga Park. The four-story development has 42 apartments.

Hochul says the all-electric, energy-efficient building continues a pattern of sustained growth.

The apartments are affordable for people at or below 60 percent of the median income, which is over $44,000 in the Ithaca area.
