Owego man faces two felonies in sex crime investigation

OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Tioga County man is awaiting his day in court from a jail cell.

Officers with the Tioga County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division arrested 21-year-old Jacob Graham, of Owego, on October 25 after an investigation into sex crimes. Graham is charged with felonies of rape and promoting a sexual performance of a child less than 17. He’s being held in Tioga County Jail on $15,000 cash bail/$30,000 bond/$75,000 surety bond. Graham will appear in the Town of Owego Court at a later date.
