Seneca investigators arrest Lodi resident for inappropriate behavior

Seneca County NY (WHCU) – The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports investigators recently arrested a 19-year old Lodi resident for a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

Dylan Palmer’s accused of engaging in an inappropriate, sexually-oriented conversation with a 13-year old female victim. The two met on a social media platform and engaged in a conversation spanning over the course of two months.

Palmer’s released on an appearance ticket with a future court appearance scheduled for June 5th.
