Tioga County under river flood warning until 1 p.m. Thursday

OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — The Susquehanna River in parts of Tioga County is still flooding. 

According to the National Weather Service, the flood stage as of 8 p.m. Tuesday was 19.6 feet but is expected to fall below the flood stage before noon. The flood stage is 18.0 feet.

A river flood warning is in effect until one o’clock today. A similar warning in Cortland has ended.
