DRYDEN, N.Y. (WHCU) — Two teachers at TC3’s childcare center are out of a job.

CNY Central reports an investigation was launched after parents complained that kids were being mistreated.

In a letter released Thursday to parents, TC3 President Amy Kremenek said the two teachers had been fired.

While confidentiality rules prevent me from commenting about specifics, we have been informed the violations are failure of one teacher to follow required processes for mandatorily reportable allegations and one teacher possibly closing their eyes during naptime.

Kremenek also noted seven other complaints were “unsubstantiated by state investigators.”

The childcare center is located next to the college campus.
