SAYRE, PENNSYLVANIA – (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County woman awaits her day in court.

On March 13, Jessica Netherton, of Barton, was pulled over in Sayre.

Police say they saw a cannabis vape pen in plain view, and Netherton had two active warrants out of Bradford County.
