OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office has caught up to a Binghamton man.

Deputies arrested Ian Brenchley last week on an outstanding warrant for one count of felony drug possession and two counts of misdemeanor drug possession.

The charges stem from an investigation in Tioga County back in 2024. The 40-year-old is additionally charged with felony bail jumping for failing to appear in Tioga County Superior Court. Brenchley is being held on $10,000 cash bail for the bail jumping charge, and an additional $5,000 cash bail on the superior court warrant.
