CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — The Central New York Spay Neuter Assistance Program (CNY Snap) is looking for funding to bring their new building to state standards.

According to a recent Facebook post, the donations will help upgrade their new facility, allow them to continue providing spay and neuter operations at a low cost, buy beds and other equipment for the cats and dogs in their care, and cover other expenses that keep the organization running efficiently.
