Cornell increases voluntary contribution to ICSD

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Cornell is increasing a voluntary contribution. 

Community Relations Director Jennifer Tavares says the school is giving more money to the Ithaca City School District. Tavares outlined the numbers Monday, Feb. 2 on 607 This Morning.

As part of the new agreement, Tavares says a committee featuring officials from both educational institutions will be created.

Cornell has been making voluntary financial contributions to ICSD since the 1970s.
