ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Cornell women’s hockey team is introducing its incoming class.

The Big Red will have nine new players this season: Four are from Canada. Buffalo native Kayla O’Donnell is the lone New Yorker of the class.

Cornell Head Coach Doug Derraugh said the players have “a lot” of character, passion, and energy.

“They will make an immediate impact on our program,” Derraugh said. “We are very excited.”
