(607NewsNow) — This week on Kat’s Hidden Camera, watch Supertramp perform “Goodbye Stranger” live in Paris in 1979:

  • Rick Davies, co-founder of Supertramp, has passed away at the age of 81 after a long battle with cancer. Davies wasn’t just the band’s frontman and keyboard player, he was the soulful voice behind so many of their biggest songs.
  • Back in 1969, Davies and Roger Hodgson started Supertramp, and they hit their peak in ’79 with Breakfast in America. That album sold more than 18 million copies, picked up two Grammys, and cemented Supertramp as one of the defining bands of the era.
