ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – You can learn more about your utility costs on Wednesday in Tompkins County.

On May 7, NYSEG representatives will be available to meet face-to-face in Ithaca. You can discuss billing and usage issues and find out if any assistance resources are available. Attendees will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.

It comes on the heels of sustained calls to audit NYSEG’s billing practices amid large cost increases.

No formal presentation is planned for the event, which runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Ithaca Airport Courtyard Marriott at 29 Thornwood Drive.
