ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – Center of Government building plans are progressing in Tompkins County.

The design team of Holt Architects and Fischer Associates recently presented initial conceptual drawings of the project, including multiple exterior design elements and floor-by-floor layouts of the interior.
