OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County man awaits his day in court.

The Owego Police Department arrested Kaleb Clark last week after an investigation into an alleged sexual offense.

The 20-year-old is charged with rape in the second degree, which focuses on age and capacity to consent.

Clark was turned over to the custody of the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment. He’s being held in Tioga County Jail on $20,000 cash bail.
