Smoke shop moratorium under consideration in Cincinnatus

CINCINNATUS, NY (607NewsNow) — Lawmakers in a Cortland County town are considering passing a temporary ban.

On July 28, the Cincinnatus Town Board held a public hearing about a moratorium on smoke shops. No action was taken at the meeting.

The board is next scheduled to gather on August 11 at 7 p.m. at Cincinnatus Town Hall.
