Spencer Fire Company to host chicken barbeque

SPENCER, NY (607NewsNow) — A barbeque will take place this weekend at the Spencer Fire Department.

The event begins Saturday at 11 a.m. Plates of chicken, baked beans, and macaroni salad will cost $15.

The department is located at 41 N. Main St. in Spencer.

Nashville International Airport would be renamed for Dolly Parton under a proposal announced Friday by Tennessee's governor.

The concert is free and open to the public.

Sophomore Raya Leikin scored two goals in the victory.

On August 31, the Cortland County YMCA's Fitness Center will close for renovations.
