ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – Tompkins County has announced the results of its 2026 voting sticker contests.

Three winners were chosen this year from a record-breaking 169 submissions and 800 votes.

The contest, first launched in 2023, was open to Tompkins County grade school students. Leo Walsh, a homeschooled 9th grader, won in the “I Voted” category. Two fifth-grade students from Lansing Middle School, Addie Miller and Fiona Beary, tied for “Future Voter” designs, which are given to children accompanying their parents during voting.

All three will be distributed in voting booths this November.
