Traffic stop leads to arrest of Newark Valley man

UNION, NY (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County man faces charges in Broome County.

Deputies pulled Bobby Gayle Jr., of Newark Valley, over last week in the Town of Union for traffic violations.

The 55-year-old is charged with felony tampering with evidence, and two misdemeanors, including criminal impersonation and drug possession.

Gayle Jr. will appear in court at a later date.

According to the Waverly Police Department, Timothy Haxton was located on September 11th after being missing since August 31st.
