Trumansburg names new high school principal

TRUMANSBURG, NY (607NewsNow) – Trumansburg High School has a new leader.

On February 4, the district announced Hilary Ewing as the next principal at Charles O. Dickerson High School. Ewing currently serves as associate principal at Ithaca High School. She brings over 15 years of education experience and a background in math and engineering to the district.

Ewing takes over for the recently promoted Megan Conaway, who began as superintendent last month. Acting Principal Colleen Ledley will continue in her role until Ewing is onboarded.

Ewing’s first day is March 17.
