LANSING, NY (607NewsNow) — Tompkins County Legislator Mike Sigler has new support.

Sigler has been endorsed by the Tompkins County Deputy Sheriff’s Association and Tompkins County Corrections Association in his bid for re-election. He’s running in District 8, which covers most of Lansing.

“We sincerely appreciate your care and concern about the important issues facing our members and those housed in correctional facilities. We look forward to supporting your campaign this year and for many years to come,” TCCOA President Shawn Hogan said.

In accepting the endorsements, Sigler said, “I’m honored to once again have their support so I can keep serving my constituents in Lansing with the attention they deserve.”
