ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – State Senator Lea Webb is holding community office hours in Ithaca.

On April 14, Webb and her constituent services team will be at the Tompkins County Whole Health Department (TCWH) to assist the community with any state-related issues they may be facing.

It’s part of a collaboration with TCWH, which is hosting an open house to run concurrently with Webb’s office hours, where health officials will be on hand to showcase available programs and services. It’s part of National Public Health Week.

“Whole Health thanks Senator Webb for uplifting National Public Health Week and joining us for this community open house,” said TCWH Commissioner Jennie Sutcliffe. “It is often said that when public health is doing its job, no one will know. That means that sanitation efforts, vaccination efforts, nutrition access, special care provision, and other services are all in effect. This open house gives us an opportunity to show the public who we are and what we do.”

It takes place from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Whole Health building on Brown Road.
